Arizona Supreme Spring 2025 – Team Verification

TIER I – GM Package* – $1,600 per team

Arizona Supreme Responsibility:  

• Provide and cover costs associated to schedule refs, medic & site supervisor at all games 
• Field cost covered by opponent 
• Schedule and host all playoff games    
• Host Championship Experience   
• Host Bowl Championship Series    
• Provide end of season rings

Organization Responsibility: 

• Pay Arizona Supreme 1 GM Package per team  
• Team insurance 
• Cover field cost for 4 scheduled games 
• Arizona Supreme can provide a home field if necessary 
• Show up to all scheduled games

TIER II – Coach Package* – $2,800 per team

Arizona Supreme Responsibility:  

• Provide and cover costs associated to schedule field, refs, medic & site supervisor at all games 
• Schedule and host all playoff games     
• Host Championship Experience    
• Host Bowl Championship Series     
• Provide end of season rings and trophies

Organization Responsibility: 

• Pay Arizona Supreme 1 Coach Package per team   
• Team insurance  
• Show up to all scheduled games
