Many coaches and programs pay for it’s player’s sports ids. Coaches and admin will also need the ability to renew players sports ids to they do not become expired during a tournament or league. A coach can renew players individually or several players at the same time. The direction below shows a few ways a coach can renew his/her player’s sports ID’s. 

IF YOU PAID FOR THE PLAYER IN THE PAST.

1. Log in and land on Dashboard.
2. Click My Account.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click Update Billing.
5. Enter Credit Card Info and Click Renew.

NOTE: A new expiration date 365 days from the date of the renewal payment is made. 

IF YOU DID NOT PAY FOR THE PLAYER IN THE PAST.

1. Log in and Visit your Team Page.
2. Make sure the Player is Joined to your Team.
3. Visit the Player Sports ID.
4. Click Renew Button.
5. Enter Credit Card and Click Renew.

NOTE: When you renew a player ID that you have not paid for in the past you are now added a subscription to your account that will auto-renew on a yearly basis. This can be canceled at any time. 

IF YOU WANT TO RENEW MULTIPLE PLAYERS.

1. Log in and Visit your Team Page.
2. Click Manage Team.
3. Click Add/Verify Players.
4. Click Renew All.
5. Choose players to renew and make payment. 

NOTE: When you renew a player ID that you have not paid for in the past you are now added a subscription to your account that will auto-renew on a yearly basis. This can be canceled at any time.
