As you know NSID provides an easy way for team coaches and admins to collect player documents like physicals and medical forms. Coaches and admins can review these documents then either approve them if they are what was requested or request another document if it was not. You can learn how to do that below.

Instructions:

1. Visit your team page.
2. Click Manage Team > Manage Player Documents
3. Click the document icon to view it.
4. You can then approve it or request a new one. 

NOTE: You can also access and track how many player documents have been submitted and approved right on the orange box on your team page. 

NOTE: Keep in mind that whether the team is requesting documents or the tourney/league it is a part of is it will become a requirement of the team verification. That means all parents must submit the document and they must be approved in order to complete the team verification. 

NOTE: Coaches and Admins can also upload player documents for them by going to Manage Team > Manage Roster > Click Edit under the player.
