If your child’s sports id was rejected and you have to Change His/Her Photo or you just want a different one you are able to delete the current one and upload a new one. You must enter back into the verification process in order to Change Your Child’s Photo. The directions below will show you how.

Instructions:

1. Log into your parent account.
2. Visit dashboard and click green button Click to Verify.
3. Click Next on Step-1.
4. Hover cursor over the big circle till garbage can icon appears.
5. Click the garbage can to delete the picture.
6. Click the empty gray circle to browser your device.
7. Choose picture and upload.
8. Click Next
9. Scroll to bottom click Get Verified Now (U will not be charged again)
   

Note: Keep in mind that your sports id must be unverified to edit the photo and you cannot Change Your Child Photo if your sports id is in pending or is already verified.
