NSID understands that coaches and team admins may have your team roster in a spreadsheet and would like to import all your parents and players information in one shot. NSID has the ability to do that through CSV import in the Add/Verify Players section of your team. You can now create accounts for your whole team in just a few clicks and here is how. 

Instructions:

1. Visit your team page. 
2. Click Manage Team > Add/Verify Players.
3. Click Import Players/Parents.
4. Choose Get Template and download the spreadsheet format.
5. Make the headers of the columns wider to see all formatting.
6. Enter all parent and player info exactly as format states. 
7. Save the spreadsheet to your desktop.
8. Go back to Add/Verify Players > Click Import Players/Parents again.
9. Choose Import CSV > Browse to find spreadsheet and choose it.
10. Click Import Players/Parents.

TIP: Make sure the format is exact when entering ito the spreadsheet. 

TIP: Once you import players to your team you can click Edit under thie name to add a photo, identity document and school document. 

TIP: Once you import the information parents get an email that their child has been added to your team. There is instructions in the email for a parent to reset their password and log in if you want them to complete the process or sign a waiver.
