Finally an automated way to send waivers or documents to parents of the teams that join your tourney/league and have them e-sign them online. Our E-Sign Waiver Management feature offers an easy way for parents to just receive your waiver, e-sign and submit. Once it is submitted it is organized in your league/tourney and you can also track which parents are pending or have dismissed it.

Instructions:

1. Visit your Tourney/League Page > Edit Tourney/League.
2. Find E-Sign Waiver Management > Upload Waiver.
   
3. Name the Wavier.
4. Choose who will receive your waiver.
5. Click Save.

NOTE: If you attach a document keep in mind this is something that does NOT need to be signed. The document is usually an informative piece of information you just want your parents to read. Documents will be emailed to your parents and also displayed on your team page under Documents.

How to View & Track Team Waivers

You can resend or track waivers sent to parents of teams attending your events by:

1. Visiting Tourney/League Page.
2. Click Teams in Process
3. Click Team Name
4. On Team Page Click Manage Team then Manage Waivers.
