Taconic Football League is very proud to announce a partnership with National Sports ID to help maintain the integrity of our football league. National Sports ID is an online service that verifies the age/grade of youth athletes by providing approved Sports ID Cards.
PLEASE take 10-15 minutes to register a parent account, add your child and get him or her verified. The NSID customer service team is on call to assist you and all your players through the simple process.
The Sports ID card is valid for 365 days from the date it is approved and can used across all sports leagues and tournaments that require it. Once you get your child verified you are then eligible to participate in the Taconic Youth Fall Football League.
Please follow the steps below to get started with registering your account, creating your team and inviting your players to get verified. Remember there is LIVE HELP in the right-hand corner of the National Sports ID website to assist you and your players.

What I need to get my child verified?
- Mobile, laptop, or desktop device.
- A parent and child account in NSID.
- Clear headshot photo of your child(s)
- Athletes’ birth certificate, passport, or state id.
- Athlete’s report card, or school document.
- Lindsay Law signed and uploaded with Physical.
What I need to get coach verified?
- Mobile, laptop, or desktop device.
- A coach account in NSID.
- Account attached to orgnization.
- Clear headshot photo of yourself
- Drivers license.
- USA Football Certificate.

How to get your child(s) verified.

- Download the Medical Release Form.
- Find Your Organization and Click Get Child Verified.
- Sign in or Sign up for NSID.
- Choose Your Child’s Age Group/Division.
- Complete the 3-Step Verification process. (Watch Video)
- Upload Medical Release Form.
- Complete and E-Sign the AYF Player’s Packet.
YOU WILL NOT JOIN A TEAM ON NSID. THE ADMIN WILL ADD YOUR CHILD TO A TEAM AFTER VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

How to get Coach verified.

- Find Your Organization below.
- Click Get Coach Verified.
- Sign in or Sign up for NSID.
- You should be added to your organization’s Coach Verification Team
- Click Get Verified at the top of the screen.
- Complete the 3-Step Verification Process.
- Submit verification request and wait for approval email.
YOU WILL NOT JOIN A TEAM ON NSID. THE ORGANIZATION ADMIN WILL ADD YOU TO A TEAM AFTER YOU ARE VERIFIED.
