Scheduling info

Export Divisions & Teams to Scheduling Apps!

You can export the event divisions, verified teams and teams that are in process to be verified to a scheduling app. This will save you a considerable amount of time of data entry since the NSID export will populate all divisions and teams in the scheduling app. If you want to add more information to the spreadsheet you can, as all fields required are listed for your convenience. Instructions:

Click Export to Scheduling
Choose the scheduling platform.
Save the auto-generated CSV to your desktop.
Upload the CSV to the scheduling platform.

Player Ineligible for Division!

This player is either too old and/or in too high a grade based on the rules of the division he or she is attached to.
The player must be moved to a division that he or she is eligible for in order to participate in this league or tourney.

Roster Data Form Incomplete!

This means that the parent did not complete the Roster Data Form that pops up on the screen while he or she is logged into the NSID website. Please have the parent login and fill out all fields of the form that pops up and click Submit.

The Roster Data Form Includes Player:

Jersey Number
Position
Address
Any Custom Data Collected by the Event. (GPA, Height, Weight etc)
Upload Additional Documents like Physicals, Medical Forms, Proof of Address (not applicable for all events)

IMPORTANT INFO:

A player will show "needs roster info" until the Additional Documents are approved by the tourney/league admin.
Admins and coaches can also fill this out for the player by visiting the player's team page > Manage Team > Manage Roster > Click Edit under the player's name.

HOW IT WORKS?

You can set the maximum number of teams a division can have and when the limit is reached an email notification will be sent letting you know.

Enter the number of maximum teams allowed in the field next to the division.
Click outside the box for it to save or click Submit.

Rule: You can set different maximum amounts for each division if you choose.
Rule: The number in parenthesis is the number of teams currently in the division.
