The US Army Bowl National Championship is very proud to announce a partnership with National Sports ID to help maintain the integrity of our football tournament. National Sports ID is an online service that verifies the age/grade of youth athletes by providing approved Sports ID Cards.
PLEASE take 10-15 minutes to register a parent account, add your child and get him or her verified. The NSID customer service team is on call to assist you and all your players through the simple process.
The cost for the Sports ID is just $10 per athlete for the year. The Sports ID card is valid for 365 days from the date it is approved. Once you get your child verified you are then eligible to participate in the US Army Bowl National Championship.
Please follow the steps below to get started with registering your account, creating your team and inviting your players to get verified. Remember there is LIVE HELP in the right-hand corner of the National Sports ID website to assist you and your players.

What do I need to get my child verified?
- Mobile, laptop, or desktop device.
- A parent and child account in NSID.
- Clear headshot photo of your child(s)
- Player’s birth certificate, passport, or state id.
- Player’s report card, school id, or screenshot of school account.
- E-sign liability waiver.
What do I need to get verified as a coach?
- Mobile, laptop, or desktop device.
- A coach account on NSID.
- Clear headshot photo of yourself.
- A scanned copy or a photo of your driver’s license.
- E-sign the coach’s handbook and code of conduct.
- Authorized to run background check.
Step-by-Step Parent Instructions
- Find and select your state and click Get Verified.
- Sign in or Sign up for NSID.
- Choose Your Child’s Division.
- Fill Out Roster Data Form (jersey #, position, height weight etc).
- Complete the 3-Step Verification Process. (Watch Video)
- Sign the waiver, which will pop up on your screen.
YOU WILL NOT JOIN A TEAM ON NSID. THE ORGANIZATION ADMIN WILL ADD YOUR CHILD TO A TEAM AFTER HE/SHE IS VERIFIED.
Step-by-Step Coach Instructions
- Find and select your state and click Get Verified.
- Sign in or Sign up for NSID.
- Click Get Verified at the top of the page.
- Upload a Headshot photo and driver’s license.
- Authorize a background check. & Click Get Verified.
- E-sign coach handbook and code of conduct. (pop up on screen)
