This includes completing a valid coaching certification from one of the various esteemed organizations we recommend or undergoing a mandatory criminal background check. By confirming the coach’s identity, verifying their coaching certification, and/or conducting a background check, we aim to deter any attempts at rule-breaking.

Our process allows coaches to submit a headshot photo, driver’s license, proof of coaching certification, and undergo a criminal background check. Our system is designed for security and safety, ensures all uploaded documents are permanently removed from our servers after verification. On completing the verification, coaches receive a verified sports ID, accessible online anytime and printable. This sports ID, valid for a year, auto-renews without requiring any additional document uploads, unless your certification expires.
